Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive component level test plans for high voltage power electronics.
- Design, troubleshoot, and maintain End of Line (EOL) component level testers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware validation and failure analysis.
- Support homologation test planning and execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
- Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
