Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing engineering assignments to ensure quality and cost-effective production.
- Advise engineering on production capabilities and standard practices for design development.
- Coordinate with support groups to ensure capacity for new products.
- Ensure efficient manufacturing by meeting quality, cost, and operational standards.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to enhance production processes.
- Plan and implement new manufacturing systems for product introductions.
- Manage and implement projects of varying complexity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience within teams or projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience with mechanical drawings.
