Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing engineering assignments to ensure quality and cost-effective production.
- Advise engineering on existing production capabilities and standard practices.
- Coordinate with support groups for new product support.
- Ensure efficient manufacturing meets quality, cost, and operational standards.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Plan and implement new manufacturing systems for product introductions.
- Manage and implement projects of varying complexity and scope.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited university preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- SolidWorks and/or Creo experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving skills and leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
