Responsibilities
- Own process development for new products (NPI).
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity modeling.
- Lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Specify, procure, and validate tooling/fixtures/test equipment.
- Drive root-cause and corrective action for process controls.
- Support change management and ensure EHS/OSHA compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
- 4-6+ years in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Proven Lean problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with CAD software for fixture/design review.
- Hands-on experience with process documentation and change control.
- Comfortable with ERP/MRP systems and basic cost modeling.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
