Electrical Engineer

The role involves analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining methods and equipment for the calibration and testing of products at Fluke Electronics. The engineer will support new product introductions and improve existing manufacturing processes while contributing to key performance indicators in operations.

• Support, maintain, and improve test systems throughout the factory.
• Drive quality through root cause analysis of failures.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities through redesign and supplier relationships.
• Advise design engineering on production capabilities and standard practices.
• Specify hardware requirements for test systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O and communication boards.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience.
• Leadership experience desired.
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure.
• Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry.
• Programming knowledge in .NET, LabView, Python, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
