Responsibilities
- Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
- Drive quality through internal and external root cause countermeasures of failures.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices to drive metrics.
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities through redesign and supplier relationships.
- Advise design engineering on existing production capabilities and standard practices.
- Specify hardware requirements for test systems and troubleshoot electrical I/O.
- Validate test stations and provide technical assistance for debugging.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of engineering experience.
- Leadership experience desired.
- Ability to handle high pressure and prioritize workload.
- Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry.
- Knowledge of programming in .NET, LabView, Python, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis capabilities.
