Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing Kaizen events for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
- Facilitate workshops to engage team members in the Kaizen process.
- Support development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend Lean solutions.
- Monitor and measure impact of improvement initiatives and provide updates to management.
- Participate in training sessions on Lean principles and document best practices.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Available to work 40 hours/week for a 10-12 week Summer assignment.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and currently enrolled in an accredited university.
