Responsibilities
- Assist team with implementing statistical process controls
- Assist team in 5S Tool deployment and Visual factory (Standard Process)
- Manage validation and test runs and schedule reviews with the team
- Work on the manufacturing line to identify equipment efficiencies and standardization
- Focus on sustainability initiatives
- Attend Kaizen and/or Six Sigma project reviews, follow project tracking to completion and provide updates
Job Requirements
- Junior or Senior student pursuing an Industrial Engineering degree
- Programming skills, data coding, and macros know-how are strongly desired
- Highly collaborative, creative, and excellent communication skills
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- Available to start on May 27th and work 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 minimum GPA
