Responsibilities
- Lead the EE hardware design and collaborate with ME, SW, Operations, and other teams.
- Manage and develop the EE design through prototyping, schematics, and layout.
- Optimize power systems and ensure quality in supplier and component selection.
- Collaborate with Operations to meet quality, cost, and availability requirements.
- Work with Clinical and Imaging teams to define design requirements for FDA clearance.
- Apply knowledge of substrate, flex, and PCB design for performance optimization.
- Travel to Asia may be required for supplier coordination.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in electrical engineering with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in board-level hardware design and debugging.
- Familiarity with analog and digital electronics and low-level software.
- Experience with high-volume products and quality standards.
- Proven collaboration skills across departments.
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFM/DFA) guidelines.
