Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic vision and execute the product roadmap for private cellular networks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of R&D leaders and engineers.
- Set the engineering vision and build the technical product roadmap.
- Ensure the application of best engineering management and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with various business functions to ensure successful product launches.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
Job Requirements
- 20+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in global engineering roles, ideally in telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including 4G/LTE and 5G.
- Expertise in agile software development and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% internationally.
