Responsibilities
- Evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct time studies and develop capacity models for critical equipment and processes.
- Support weekly Gemba walks and improve SOPs.
- Assist with maintaining and updating master data in SAP.
- Participate in projects aimed at reducing cycle time, scrap, and improving productivity.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt to different team dynamics and cultures.
- Good communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with IE concepts and process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Must be a currently enrolled student and available to work 40 hours a week.
