Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in product design and development.
- Research and identify new products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers for product testing and improvements.
- Manage and document intellectual property.
- Develop performance metrics related to safety and quality.
- Oversee the transition of designs to manufacturing partners.
- Engage with marketing and customers on functional requirements for hardware products.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a related discipline.
- Minimum BS degree in engineering; MS preferred.
- 5+ years in a leadership role within the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in hardware systems design and development.
- Proven project execution skills regarding safety and performance.
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management systems.
- Ability to influence leadership at all levels in a global environment.
