Responsibilities
- Lead a team in the design and development of semiconductor hardware products.
- Research and identify new products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers on design, testing, and improvements.
- Manage and document intellectual property.
- Develop performance metrics for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the transition of design concepts to manufacturing partners.
- Engage with product marketing and customers on functional requirements.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a related discipline.
- Minimum BS degree in engineering; MS preferred.
- 5+ years in a leadership role in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in designing hardware systems and collaborating with manufacturers.
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management systems.
- Strong project execution skills with safety and budget controls.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
