Responsibilities
- Lead a team in the design and development of semiconductor hardware products.
- Research and identify new products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers on product design, testing, and improvements.
- Manage the documentation of intellectual property and develop performance metrics.
- Oversee the transition of design concepts to manufacturing partners.
- Engage with product marketing and customers for functional requirements.
- Provide hands-on leadership and assist project team members as needed.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a related discipline.
- Minimum BS degree in engineering; MS preferred.
- 5+ years in a leadership role in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in hardware systems design and working with manufacturers.
- Demonstrated project execution with a focus on safety and performance.
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management systems.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
