Responsibilities
- Participate in the New Product Development Team.
- Assist in identifying surgeon requirements and product characteristics.
- Create product designs in collaboration with Product Development Engineers.
- Document designs and changes using 3-D Modeling.
- Maintain documentation for the Design History File (DHF).
- Develop project plans and report progress to management.
- Attend surgeries for learning purposes.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed at least two years of an engineering undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with a mechanical emphasis.
- Strong interest in medical devices and orthopedics.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
