Responsibilities
- Provide metrology and calibration engineering services for electronic test equipment.
- Write and maintain calibration procedures following established practices.
- Develop measurement uncertainty budgets for NPD projects and legacy calibration procedures.
- Document measurement processes, calibration procedures, and methodologies clearly.
- Maintain and enhance personal knowledge related to complex laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with NPD and Service Center technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in calibration procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferable concentration in Electrical Engineering or related sciences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of electronics and metrology principles.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment datasheets.
- Familiarity with the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM).
- Software experience, especially in LabVIEW, is a plus.
