Responsibilities
- Create/design/model/prototype electronics packaging solutions.
- Select and approve materials, components, and mechanical hardware.
- Conduct tolerance stack ups, thermal, and structural analysis.
- Create materials processing specifications for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with various R&D divisions.
- Certify and support external vendors in manufacturing.
- Conduct verification and validation testing for products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
- Knowledge in heat transfer, tolerance analysis, and electromechanical design.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably Creo Parametric.
- Familiarity with materials processing techniques.
- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
