Responsibilities
- Familiar with different HVAC system types and their applications
- HVAC systems selection, sizing, and design (ductwork and piping)
- Engineering experience with energy efficiency and performance-based projects
- Perform Heating, Cooling Load Calculations and Title 24 Compliance calculations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to write technical proposals and reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in HVAC Design
- CEM, EIT highly preferred
- Knowledge of OSHPD codes is a plus
- Independent decision-making skills required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or Revit is a plus
