Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring orders are assembled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
- Supervise and guide the assembly team to meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, including equipment upgrades and workflow adjustments.
- Collaborate with quality control to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
- Maintain documentation of processes and changes to comply with industry regulations.
- Provide training and development for assembly team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Analyze production data for informed decision-making and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, particularly in process optimization and supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
