Responsibilities
- Supervise work readiness clients.
- Assist evaluation staff in determining clients' functioning.
- Evaluate clients' behavioral characteristics.
- Oversee work activities of clients.
- Ensure clients are prepared for work readiness.
- Support clients in their work-related activities.
- Collaborate with the center manager on client evaluations.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma/GED.
- At least a 4-year full-time work history.
- Preferred experience in the industrial/manufacturing field.
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Ability to assess clients' functioning effectively.
