Responsibilities
- Manage budget for NPD and Product Support projects, ensuring scope delivery and execution within commitments.
- Oversee Profit and Loss for NPD programs and projects.
- Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) initiatives across the program.
- Facilitate implementation of lessons learned from previous NPD programs.
- Supervise functional participants in a matrix environment.
- Interface with customers to manage expectations and contractual commitments.
- Maintain program metrics for performance and delivery throughout all phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of five years experience in Program Management or related fields.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to ITAR regulations.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PMI accreditation (PMP), experience in Aerospace NPD.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
