Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term System Quality and Validation strategy.
- Establish quality governance and lifecycle quality gates across product development.
- Serve as the executive voice of product quality and risk management.
- Influence product architecture decisions to improve robustness and manufacturability.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Supplier Quality for end-to-end quality alignment.
- Lead a QA organization ensuring consistent methods and execution across regions.
- Develop and implement QA best practices and quality improvement methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in hardware quality assurance or related roles.
- 7+ years in leadership positions.
- Experience in testing and quality management across multiple hardware domains.
- Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies and defect management.
- Excellent analytical and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and managing global QA teams.
