Responsibilities
- Architect and implement electrical subsystems including power systems, motion control, RF systems, and digital/mixed-signal board design.
- Own the full lifecycle of electrical hardware from concept through validation and production handoff.
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and systems teams for seamless hardware integration.
- Drive design for reliability and manufacturability.
- Lead board bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting using lab tools.
- Support initial firmware bring-up and integration as needed.
- Ensure high-quality execution in a time-critical environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in hands-on electrical hardware development.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade electronics for real-world systems.
- Expertise in power electronics, digital/analog circuit design, and RF system design.
- Strong hands-on experience with board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
- Proficiency with design tools like Altium, OrCAD, or KiCad.
- Familiarity with firmware development and experience with high-reliability systems.
