Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a product reliability engineering team.
- Develop internal standards and training for reliability practices.
- Collaborate with Program Management and Integrated Product Teams to clarify requirements.
- Own delivery of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) outputs.
- Lead identification and mitigation of product and process risks.
- Conduct structured root cause investigations for critical failures.
- Refine and scale risk and problem resolution systems for production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering fields.
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies in development and production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and advocate for technical solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools (e.g., FMEA).
- Experience with additive manufacturing and automotive/aerospace products.
