Responsibilities
- Perform engineering design using Autodesk Civil3D.
- Coordinate CAD files and design with internal and external team members.
- Prepare construction documents under the direction of a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Address client review comments from deliverables.
- Utilize in-house quality control methods to complete projects.
- Strengthen technical knowledge through on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) registration in Arizona is preferred.
- 2-3 years of prior civil engineering experience preferred.
- Experience working in Civil3D is required.
- Strong technical skills for accurate design calculations and analysis.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth.
