Responsibilities
- Represent Operations in design teams and fulfill design transfer responsibilities for product development and market release.
- Lead or assist in sustaining engineering initiatives to support quality and efficiency improvements.
- Provide technical support for supplier issues and process automation strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D on material specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 regulations.
- Conduct training for Manufacturing and Quality Control personnel.
- Investigate and resolve findings from audits and customer complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Bio-medical, or Biomechanical Engineering.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA Quality System requirements.
- Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management and Engineering Change Control.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
