Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of engineering leaders and principal engineers.
  • Drive the engineering team to deliver project scope through site audits, design, validation, ordering, commissioning, and testing.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Act as a primary point of escalation for project-related issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and direct sustaining engineering projects.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and business plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges, recommending procedural changes as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in leading Project Management or Project Engineering teams.
  • Advanced understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and project execution including design, validation, commissioning, and testing.
  • Advanced understanding of mechanical and controls systems and intermediate understanding of software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions.
