Responsibilities
- Own and execute mechanical engineering scope for assigned modernization/retrofit projects.
- Perform research tasks to address unknowns throughout the project.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Controls Engineers, and Installation resources for equipment design and ordering.
- Lead technical design reviews with peers and subject matter experts.
- Create and release engineering drawings including layouts and configurations.
- Troubleshoot equipment in the field.
- Manage project performance regarding delivery, budget, quality, and risk.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in CAD design software, particularly AutoCAD.
- Experience with Dematic RCD and CET Designer Software (Maestro) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
