Responsibilities
- Lead the design of semi-complex/complex systems integrating hardware and software.
- Complete schematics and control panel designs.
- Perform commissioning of complex systems.
- Provide recommendations for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Conduct technical interchange and knowledge transfer for system design.
- Identify and resolve complex problems using problem-solving skills.
- Travel up to 40% to customer locations in the USA.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in electrical engineering or an advanced degree.
- 2+ years of successful experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge in field specialization through moderately complex assignments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.
- Knowledgeable on AC drives (open & closed loop).
- Experience in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety is a plus.
- Must be open to travel for customer engagements.
