Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet product quality and reliability requirements.
- Track quality and yield performance to drive improvements.
- Evaluate new product designs for manufacturability.
- Assist Contract Manufacturers with problem identification and corrective actions.
- Implement quality plans for transitioning products into manufacture.
- Conduct internal audits and generate corrective action requests.
- Inspect and evaluate material and product quality according to internal procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
- 4-6 years of quality assurance experience in the electronics or power industry.
- Experience with ISO-9001 quality assurance programs.
- Automotive background, particularly with IATF 16949.
- Knowledge of core quality and engineering tools (e.g., QMS, FMEA, SPC).
- Proficiency in statistical techniques and quality control analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office software.
