Responsibilities
- Designs and prepares engineering documents such as P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
- Assembles and supervises a project team of engineers.
- Collaborates with the Project Manager to maintain project scope and quality.
- Coordinates all engineering activities from inception to completion.
- Manages engineering deliverable schedules and budgeted costs.
- Organizes design review meetings and coordinates Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Provides technical support for equipment installation and commissioning.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in Project Engineering and Mechanical Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design concepts and practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system is a plus.
- EIT or PE certification preferred.
