Responsibilities
- Develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
- Propose, develop, and implement packaging options to support Danone Innovation process.
- Research and develop new packaging materials, shapes, and assemblies.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support to business units.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and co-manufacturers.
- Organize and conduct trials in an industrial environment.
- Create and maintain packaging specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s degree in Sciences or Engineering preferred.
- 2-5+ years experience in packaging engineering, preferably in food or beverage industry.
- Experience in thermoforming, injection molding, and extrusion blow molding.
- Knowledge of polyolefins and flexible packaging materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
