Responsibilities
- Develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
- Support the Danone Innovation process by proposing and implementing packaging options.
- Research and develop new packaging materials, shapes, and assemblies.
- Deliver technical guidance and packaging engineering support.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and co-manufacturers.
- Organize and conduct trials in an industrial environment.
- Create and maintain packaging specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s in Sciences or Engineering preferred.
- 0-5+ years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably in food or beverage.
- Experience with tertiary packaging and various molding techniques.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and properties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
