Responsibilities
- Lead project interviews and prepare fee proposals.
- Assist in business development and market opportunity identification.
- Act as Engineer-in-responsible-charge, making technical decisions.
- Manage project schedules and represent the firm in meetings.
- Check drawings and provide feedback to the project team.
- Direct activities of workers and consultants in preparing documents.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts and maintain client relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of job-related experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
- Proficient in Autodesk MEP Revit, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced understanding of system efficiencies and costs.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Ability to perform site verifications and field surveys.
