Co-op (Spring Term)

The company is seeking interns or co-ops for various engineering positions during the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters, specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering, as well as other business-related roles.

• Assist in engineering projects within the Defense Business Segment.
• Participate in stress and thermal engineering tasks.
• Support manufacturing engineering initiatives.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities related to lean manufacturing.
• Develop project schedules as a project control analyst.
• Work in logistics and inventory control.
• Collaborate on product design in engineering processes and resources.

• Enrollment in a relevant engineering degree program (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with engineering principles and practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Effective communication skills.
• Availability for the specified internship term (Spring, Summer, or Fall).
