Responsibilities
- Complete commissioning and functional testing of full trains for inspections and quality documentation.
- Conduct approved functional tests and verify schematic and software accuracy.
- Summarize and monitor defects and corrections at inspection points.
- Troubleshoot faults and implement process changes.
- Recommend improvements for review by senior engineers.
- Ensure completion of testing documentation and analyze test data.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of hands-on electrical and/or mechanical experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical defects and inspection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and test equipment.
- Preferred experience in railcar, aerospace, or automotive testing.
