Responsibilities
- Deploy robots at customer sites and train customers on usage.
- Troubleshoot and debug electro-mechanical issues.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Document and deliver customer feedback to development teams.
- Coordinate schedules in alignment with customer expectations.
- Test new software and hardware at the Austin headquarters.
- Adapt to changing roles and responsibilities as the company evolves.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. up to 50% of workdays.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and command line.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects independently.
- Willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
