Responsibilities

  • Collect test failure information and prepare failure analysis reports.
  • Analyze manufacturing data including Work In Process (WIP), test outputs, and failures.
  • Assist in developing test and diagnostic programs for troubleshooting test failures.
  • Develop and manage test documentation, test fixtures, and cables.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Test Technicians to understand product and test system issues.
  • Learn to analyze test failures for root causes and corrective actions.
  • Resolve test-related production issues and utilize Six Sigma tools.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work full-time during the co-op session (January-August).
  • No prior experience required, but eagerness to engage in hands-on learning is essential.
