Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify and analyze component test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Study existing test equipment performance and establish solutions to reduce downtime.
  • Analyze test approaches for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Select and order capital test equipment based on cost analysis.
  • Provide technical support for test processes and assist floor test technicians.
  • Interface with design engineering to coordinate necessary design changes.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in STEM fields with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
  • 2+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Understanding of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Knowledge of Lean electronics and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate effectively across all levels.
