Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge about designing electrical equipment, products, and systems.
  • Complete drawing designs and operate engineering software and equipment.
  • Perform engineering work and applied research for new products.
  • Develop new test solutions to support avionics production.
  • Design, analyze, test, integrate, and document hardware of moderate complexity.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure appropriate electrical design.
  • Troubleshoot technical and electrical device problems.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status).
  • Basic hardware design skills (schematic capture and PCB layout).
  • Some programming experience (C, C++, C#, LabView, Test Stand).
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate engineering software and equipment.
  • Strong interest in aerospace and defense engineering.
