Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Components Silicon Manufacturing portfolio and ensure execution and reporting.
- Lead change initiatives and communicate changes effectively.
- Oversee components programs, focusing on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage communication plans, including internal and external communications.
- Align with technical and business teams to improve processes and procedures.
- Develop performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators.
- Generate reports to track progress and evaluate outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management.
- Industry experience with fabless silicon manufacturing, including silicon design and supply chain dynamics.
- Experience with various Program Execution Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Leadership, motivation, and organizational skills required.
