Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify system power to meet requirements of new products.
- Create and execute test plans for power designs and document procedures.
- Resolve power-related field/product issues for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with power supply vendors to meet quality requirements.
- Conduct design reviews of schematics, BOMs, layout, and routing.
- Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action reporting.
- Engage in board mounted and front-end power hardware design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
- Experience in power design or power electronics.
- Familiarity with design topologies like buck and buck-boost.
- Proficiency with design tools such as LTspice, PSpice, and Ansys.
- Knowledge of analog or power design problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
- Experience with international regulatory and environmental requirements.
