Responsibilities
- Lead the in-field deployment of Chef Systems at customer sites through Site Acceptance Test.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to prioritize and collect customer feature requests and requirements.
- Work with Sales and Business Development to address customer feature requests and technical risks.
- Help lead customer success post-deployment to ensure satisfaction and promote further purchases.
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
- Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues and solutions to upper management.
Job Requirements
- Recent college graduate with a BS or preferably an MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or desire to work in product engineering, applications engineering, solutions engineering, or sales engineering.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Robot Operating System (ROS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-pressure customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer expectations.
