Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for equipment escalations.
- Support the creation of preventative maintenance (PM) procedures and documentation.
- Launch and maintain PM software.
- Implement and manage the company-wide spare parts system.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with training on safe equipment operation alongside supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Manufacturing (Entry Level welcome).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Experience with hand tools and manual machinery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a group.
- Expert user of the Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
