Responsibilities
- Be the initial point of contact for equipment escalations.
- Support the creation of PM procedures and documentation.
- Support the launch and maintenance of the PM software.
- Implementation and upkeep of the company-wide spare parts system.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities for increased productivity.
- Lead RCA activities and implement equipment-related corrective actions.
- Design-to-implementation of equipment improvements that increase throughput or yield.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Manufacturing.
- Strength in SolidWorks.
- Extensive experience working with hand tools and manual machinery.
- Expert user in the Microsoft Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a group.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
