Responsibilities
- Lead APQP/Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and guide teams in creating quality documents.
- Interact with customers for PPAP discussions and resolution of quality issues.
- Interpret technical requirements and support design reviews with emphasis on design for quality (DfQ).
- Create reliability test plans and drive reliability testing.
- Maintain documents for compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause understanding of failures.
- Summarize product issues and present highlights to key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with Quality & Reliability disciplines (8D, APQP, Six Sigma, PPAP).
- Familiarity with GD&T and electrical and mechanical testing methods.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949:2016).
- Strong communication skills for discussing technical materials.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
