Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary technology development projects from ideation to implementation focusing on automation and system efficiency.
- Design, implement, and optimize automation solutions for manufacturing.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in process engineering, automation, or manufacturing system development.
- Experience with advanced materials and high-volume manufacturing methods.
- Background in statistical methods and data visualization software.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
