Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers.
- Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications.
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions.
- Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer needs.
- Conduct testing, simulation, and performance measurement of systems.
- Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Considered a Subject Matter Expert in power design.
- Deep knowledge of DC/DC power topologies and trade-offs.
- Experience in designing power systems for networking, compute, or storage products.
- Proficient with circuit simulation tools such as PSPICE and LTSPICE.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present effectively to various audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
