NEW GRAD-Engineer Trainee Program

The role is for a New Graduate Engineering Sales Rotational Program at Carrier Enterprise, designed for entry-level engineering graduates to learn and grow within the organization. The program lasts for one year and offers hands-on experience in various functions of the company.

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage complexity.
• Willingness to travel during the training period.
• Ability to relocate after the training program.
• Strong interest in customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, and commercial engineering.
