Responsibilities
- Develop Capex Projects through scope, estimations, specifications, and conceptual design.
- Provide support for systems design, engineering reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Review and approve work from engineering consultants, including drawings and specifications.
- Prepare design drawings and operating instructions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and performance enhancements of mechanical systems.
- Coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
- Interact with plant team members and project managers to achieve project goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in Mining/Industrial.
- 8+ years of project engineering experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical engineering skills; understanding of various codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of design and modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
