Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality control plans for parts and products.
- Address quality issues through containment, root cause investigations, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with R&D on new projects to ensure quality requirements are included.
- Proactively monitor field and production data for systemic trends.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions for identified quality issues.
- Work in a hybrid engagement model, spending specific days in the office.
- Participate in a 10-week summer internship program.
Job Requirements
- Intentions to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a relevant engineering degree.
- Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with statistical process control and quality system standards (ISO 9001).
- Formal training in problem-solving techniques.
- Preferred experience with quality management at contract manufacturers.
