Responsibilities
- Improve lab resource availability and ease of use through increased monitoring, alerting, and automation.
- Research and deploy additional features based on user feedback.
- Facilitate daily activities in the labs.
- Assist teams in building and designing new solutions leveraging networking technologies.
- Collaborate with various technical focus areas within the company.
- Learn about multiple networking technologies.
- Support the innovation of technologies for the cable industry.
Job Requirements
- Currently studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic Linux Administration experience with Red Hat or Ubuntu.
- Knowledge of using and deploying containers.
- Understanding of L2 & L3 Networking.
- Familiarity with version control systems and code collaboration using git.
- (Preferred) Ability to configure and manage networking OS including Arista EOS and OcNOS.
