Responsibilities
- Own the mechanical design for products, including enclosures and components.
- Experiment with materials and manufacturing techniques to enhance product performance.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate designs using advanced fabrication methods.
- Ensure designs meet reliability, durability, and cost-efficiency standards.
- Design products for extreme conditions (temperature, impact, moisture).
- Optimize structures using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Structural Stress Analysis (SSA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performance product solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D modeling software, including FEA.
- Practical experience with sheet metal and plastics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Curiosity and passion for product design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with leveraging AI tools for efficiency optimization.
