Responsibilities
- Sustain day-to-day operations of the production line.
- Troubleshoot technical problems on the production floor.
- Create and maintain process work instructions and fixture drawings.
- Maintain Bill of Materials for Electron Microscope assembly.
- Advocate for Design for Manufacturability.
- Coordinate new product introduction and ramp-up with various teams.
- Optimize facility layout and document existing assembly processes for efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline.
- At least two years of experience in R&D or Manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred knowledge of ERP systems, PDM, and MES.
- Experience in product launch and high-mix/low-volume environments.
